Coriander seeds are small brown colour pearl drop shape seeds used in variety of ways in Indian recipes. Coriander seeds are generally lightly roasted before using them in the recipes which bring nutty, light citrus flavour to the dishes, making garam masala, chutneys, pickles and spice mixtures.
